I can truly say that September is a genuine and exceptional property manager. From the moment I arrived at the leasing office, ... I felt welcomed and valued. Although I was scheduled to tour with another team member who was assisting another prospective resident, September immediately stepped in so I wouldn’t have to wait, which I truly appreciated. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and serene. It made an amazing first impression the moment I arrived. Shortly after, Shiela took over to complete my tour, answer all of my questions, and guide me through the process. Both September and Shiela were warm, professional, and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and effortless. They assisted me every step of the way, and their level of care and hospitality truly stood out. The application process was also handled efficiently, and you could genuinely feel their excitement and support in welcoming new residents into the community. This is a lovely apartment complex with a nature feel. There is a lake running throughout with ducks and lots of plant life that is very well maintained. The apartments are very spacious. The office staff is always helpful. The location is very central to all your needs...the beach is just a quick drive down the 55.

Just moved into Lake Dianne and I've been living here for about a month. Denia made the decision so easy for me; from the first phone call to the tour and finally the moving paperwork. We have been waiting for that aha moment when we were looking and this complex gave us that! The location, the nature aspect of the complex and just the overall friendly nature of the staff and neighbors really sold us. I really love living here and can see myself living here for a while.

Me and my husband Wally have live here for the past 7 years , we have only known kindness , sweetness and team work here , the staff is amazing and majority of all maintenance request are usually done that same day or next . It is clean , quiet and very conveniently located near freeways and shopping! We will continue to make Lake Dianna our home , in years to come Thank you Charlotte Ealey Walter Collins

When I first came to tour apartments here, Denia showed me around, and I felt immediately at home. She is extremely friendly and welcoming along with all the other staff. I had a really short deadline on when I needed to find a new place, and Denia really helped figure out what I needed to do, and the process moved quickly. I have lived at Lake Dianne for 14 months & just recently renewed my lease. I absolutely love living here. Management is friendly and professional. The Maintenance team is great! The community is well maintained. I have the atrium (1 bedroom) layout. The apartment is 733 sqft. With the added space of the atrium, it feels like you have 2 living spaces which is a huge bonus + it is extremely private. There are always ducks in the lake and squirrels running around which I love. The only Con for me
