Just moved into Lake Dianne and I've been living here for about a month. Denia made the decision so easy for me; from the first phone call to the tour and finally the moving paperwork. We have been waiting for that aha moment when we were looking and this complex gave us that! Me and my husband Wally have live here for the past 7 years , we have only known kindness , sweetness and team work here , the staff is amazing and majority of all maintenance request are usually done that same day or next . When I first came to tour apartments here, Denia showed me around, and I felt immediately at home. She is extremely friendly and welcoming along with all the other staff. I had a really short deadline on when I needed to find a new place, and Denia really helped figure out what I needed to do, and the process moved quickly. I have lived at Lake Dianne for 14 months & just recently renewed my lease. I absolutely love living here. Management is friendly and professional. The Maintenance team is great! The community is well maintained. I have the atrium (1 bedroom) layout. The apartment is 733 sqft. With the added space of the atrium, it feels like you have 2 living spaces which is a huge bonus + it is extremely private. There are always ducks in the lake and squirrels running around which I love. The only Con for me
